Sales Associate

Movers.com, a leading online relocation portal, is seeking a self-motivated and competitive Sales Associate. The Sales Associate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day. The ideal candidate has a dynamic personality and is numbers driven with excellent customer service/communication skills, including problem solving, negotiation tactics, and the ability to close. If you have a knack for sales, and a passion for helping others, this job is for you! You do not need previous sales experience. We will train the right person! This is a full-time position that offers a base salary plus commission. Duties and responsibilities • Provide timely follow ups with potential customers • Clearly and accurately communicate customers' needs and expectations to operations, management, and move coordinators • Complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner • Work closely with move coordinators to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities • Maintain emotional composure in a professional business setting • Problem solver who thrives on challenges and can simplify the complex Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • High energy with a sense of urgency • Clear and friendly speaking voice • Detail-oriented multi-tasker • Demonstrated track record • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc) Preferred Qualifications Quantifiable sales experience and knowledge of moving companies or the relocation market
