Role Overview: Lead a team of Anchor Financial Group’s financial professionals by establishing goals, procedures, and daily responsibilities. Provide direction to the sales team in identifying and developing opportunities to maximize revenue. Makes sales trips, attend conferences, tradeshows, and networking meetings to promote business. Ensure the complete and proper implementation of the Anchor University curriculum and systems. Work with the Assistant General Agent to ensure the complete and proper Performance Review and Planning sessions with agents are conducted, including but not limited to, regular one on ones maintaining updated goals and Business Marketing Plan meetings with a team of Financial Professionals. Assist agents with case preparation, and in the field, assisting in presenting and closing sales. Learn to utilize and train on company resources, and how to properly implement them. Learning the skills necessary to develop agents; classroom facilitation skills, etc. Develop a working knowledge of One America products. Develop new and grow existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals thorough prospecting, outside sales calls, and written communication. Participate in the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to ensure competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic event environment. The individual selected will be responsible for building and implementing a marketing and business plan committed to long-term growth and productivity goals. Other duties as assigned include: recruiting and selecting new financial sales professionals and fostering relationships with existing experienced Anchor Financial professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education Valid State Life and Health License FINRA Registrations, Series 6/7 and 63/65/66 or a combination thereof Ability to lead and mentor a team Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts Achieve set monthly revenue goals Ability to negotiate, sell and influence clients and guests Excellent customer service skills Self-motivator Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Office Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding work environment What we Offer: We offer a generous compensation model, recognition programs, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k).
