Work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that the HR systems in place meet compensation management needs and are updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc. - Assist Benefits/HR managers with compensation-related issues. - May be tasked with generating and distributing total compensation statements. - May be tasked with covering employee benefits responsibilities. Will work closely with those in HR covering benefits; some flexibility is required. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. - Three to five years’ experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs. - Exposure to designing and administering employee benefits plans strongly preferred. - CCP, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP professional designation a plus. - Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel (intermediate to advanced) and Access (preferred but not required), experience with HRIS and benefits databases. - Experience with ADP Workforce Now. Experience with other HRIS is also helpful. - Project and team leadership skills and experience. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates. Capability of effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines. - Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs. Ability to understand, evaluate and make judgment on the proposals (RFPs). - Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee compensation programs. - Excellent communication and organization skills.
