RESPONSIBILITIES consist of managing the processing of data and reports into pre-determined formats, preparing and supervising all aspects of Form and Rule filing, and drafting and maintaining insurance policy language while adhering to policy contract standards. In addition, oversee research for development and filing of routine forms required by business units. Assist with reviewing policy forms and endorsements to ensure adherence to state legal and regulatory requirements. Manage, develop, and implement filing procedures for new and existing products. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree, five years managerial experience in commercial lines compliance, knowledge of the System for Electronic Rates and Forms Filing, ability to understand statutory language, and experience using insurance financial data in the development of indicated rate level documents.
