Clinical Operations Enterprise Project Associate

The Operations and Clinical Enterprise Project Associate is responsible for driving end-to-end change over core processes and structures within operational departments. This role is critical to identifying, slating, and executing project opportunities within corporate and field operational verticals and is considered the firm’s primary resource for formal process change. This role will bring formality to the planning and execution process via cross-departmental communication and stakeholder engagement, Lean/Kaizen strategies, and consistent, reliable organization. Additional details: - Identifying and driving formal process and executional change across all levels of the organization - Be accountable for knowing the operational processes, colleague hierarchy and staffing structure, and background of all delivery functions and have a holistic end-to-end understanding of the core business. This detailed understanding will allow this role to execute key change across a diverse set of departments and re-program and improve process and operational components from a central perspective. - In addition to slating and running formal project and process change, this person will hold primary accountability for execution and success of said projects. - This role will take, on occasion, direction from the Director on “quick deployment” initiatives and assist the Director in driving micro-projects when requested. Requirements: • 3-5 years healthcare operations and project management experience • 1 year MINIMUM of recent case management experience within a skilled nursing facility • Formal Lean/Kaizen/Six-Sigma training required. • Bachelor's degree
