Senior EHS Manager - $100-120K + 10% Bonus – Consumer Durable Products Manufacturing - EHS Manager will develop, implement, monitor and oversee safety, health and environmental practices at this manufacturing location. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Plant Manager to drive strategic safety initiatives. Carry out the best HSE strategies, programs and practices. Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety and Health (EHS) laws and regulations. Develop new and creative methods to drive continuous improvement of EHS practices. Track the removal of physical, biological and chemical hazards. Train employees on safety policies, procedures and regulations. Guarantee necessary records are maintained and prepared. Administer hiring, direction, assessment and the development of the team of EHS professionals. Bachelors Degree in HSE, environmental engineering, chemical engineering or related is required. 8+ years of EHS experience. 3+ years of management experience. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred. Successful experience in a plant with best in class EHS practices. Strong knowledge of developing and implementing training programs. Proven success in driving continuous improvement in EHS. Background in using Apollo Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Lean and Six Sigma preferred. Able to motivate and lead teams to achieve goals.

Remains current and actively involved with plant manufacturing costs through counseling with the controller and other appropriate management personnel. Insures compliance to all company / corporate policies. Represents corporation and Prescott Plant in community and in various organizations.
