Job Title: PS/AC Site Manager Security Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance Work Week: Monday to Friday Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Flexible Hours: YES Flexible Work Location: Charleston, SC 29410 Position Overview: The Superintendent (alternatively referred to as the Site Manager) is responsible for quality assurance and scope compliance for the task orders. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Superintendent is expected to be onsite during project execution and oversee all sub-contractor and /or trades work. The Superintendent will be responsible for compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental regulations specific to the geographic site. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: US citizenship mandatory. Possess an Active Secret Clearance. Associates level degree in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics or Mathematics. Minimum seven (7) years’ experience (within the last ten years) in the Facilities industry. Training in engineering and construction management. Academic training in construction Health & Safety. Training in construction quality control.
