Position: Adobe Consultant Location: Owings Mills, MD. Duration: 12+ Months Responsibilities: Ideal Candidate: A resource skilled in analyzing web traffic and site behavior for customer and business insights to support business decisions and deliver on improved customer site experience and business growth. A solid understanding of web analytics platforms (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) and experience using statistical packages and/or data visualization tools (R, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik Sense, etc.). Candidate would be partnering with other Center of Excellence members who are familiar with business requirements and the ?less technical? concerns in regards to the digital analytics program. Preferred experience ? Leveraging various reporting tools within Adobe Analytics such as: Analysis Workspace, Ad Hoc Analysis, Report Builder and Data Warehouse ? Identify, define and implement meaningful key performance indicators across all digital platforms ? Monitor KPIs and create custom dashboards with the goal to tell stories and present results to upper management and other stakeholders within the organization. Deliver regular, high quality, insightful reporting that helps the business make timely data driven decisions. ? Performing regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis to gain insight into user behaviors ? Excellent project management skills as well as outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively summarize and present results ? Ability to manage multiple deadlines in parallel and expectations for workload as well as managing the workflow deliverables ? Serve cross-functionally as analytics point person for marketing and IT teams, supporting tag transition and analytics audit activities as required.
