The firm's business operations are focused on delivering logistics support products/services associated with shore-based and shipboard related Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR). POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist the team in identifying, monitoring and controlling all project requirements as well as supporting programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities and subject matter • Assist with developing strategies to support client projects, programs, and objectives • Work within a team to compile, complete, formulate and interpret technical data and financial information relating to assigned programs and projects • Participate in strategic thinking mapping operations and positioning to execute plans • Produce information by researching, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics • Maintain customer/corporate confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential • Complete projects and action items by following up and tracking to closure • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • US Citizenship; • Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Public Trust Designation; • Bachelor’s Degree with one (1) year of relevant work experience required; or o Three (3) years of relevant work experience without Bachelor’s Degree required; • Experience supporting DHS or DoD clients as a contractor, USCG HQ experience is preferred; • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software; • Possess critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills; • The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing; • Three (3) years of experience and skill in typing; knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling; • The ability to use reference guides, grammar, and style manuals is required; • Prior military service is preferred, prior USCG is a plus; • Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
