Class A OTR Driver – Home Weekly

Work for a private trucking fleet that is the dedicated provider for a GROWING leader in fresh food manufacturing for both retail and food service. Our fleet dispatches out of our corporate headquarters in Medina, OH (44256). ALL DRIVERS ARE HOME WEEKLY (1-3 days per week). Our growth leads to expanded routes and MORE MILES for our drivers. Our Pay & Benefits: • Weekly minimum $1,000.00 (Most drivers exceed weekly) • Safety Bonus of $70/week – Paid monthly • Optional Lumping pay available – You choose whether you want to touch freight or not (and make more money) • Performance Bonus (paid out yearly) • Cell Phone allowance ($77/month) • Tractor Trailers are all 2013-2017 Freightliners or Western Stars o All equipped with APU Units, Refrigerators, and Power Inverters o Limited slip-seating o On-site Maintenance on all equipment • Signing Bonus of $5,000 (Paid $1500 at 90-days, $1500 at 6-months, and $2,000 at 1 year) • Paid Vacation and Personal Days o 1 week vacation after 6 months o 2 weeks’ vacation after 1 year o Up to 2 personal days per year • 401K with generous company match • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (after 60 days) • Full ancillary insurance (STD, LTD, Life Insurance) – Company Paid Qualifications: • Must be 23+ years of age with previous Class A driving experience • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with clean driving record, subject to Insurance approval • Must have excellent customer service skills • Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations • Must have basic math skills • Must complete pre-employment testing (Drug screen, DOT Physical, Background Check, Physical needs assessment) Call 330-764-6163 !!
