Property & Casualty insurance firm seeks Product Manager to oversee product launch strategies and monitor financial results. Required: Manage research performed during product development to ensure alignment with product lines, legislative & compliance review, business system impacts, and operational, data, and metric requirements. Create product strategies around external industry and economic trends and internal capabilities. Partner with divisions such as Underwriting, Finance, and Field Sales Teams to ensure product results. Oversee rate revision process for product level rates. Report on strategy execution and determine efficacy of implementation. Seeking the following: Degree in business or quantitative field. 3+ years of Product Management experience in Personal Lines.
