Seeking Engineering Manager with experience in creating custom controls for a company that specializes in automation mega projects. Activities: Oversee development, design, sourcing, drawing, etc. for controls, sensors, machine vision, actuators, controllers, power distribution, and other systems of ordered machinery. Determine project requirements including integration designs and cost through collaboration with customers and engineering teams. Act as the primary point of contact for in-house engineering teams working on different aspects of the project and resolving problems. Develop and train engineering team and diagnose workforce needs. Implement and enforce engineering practices, standards, and procedures. Requirements: Experience with custom large scale production line or big box logistics Control Systems or similar industrial automation. B.S. in Engineering. Designing experience in electrical power; electromagnetic, hydraulic and pneumatic power; robots and programmable controls.
