How you will impact Ingevity: Assist in the creation, evolution and maintenance of the Supply Chain’s training program curriculum based on current and evolving business requirements Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Key Users and key stakeholders to design, develop and deliver learning objects for multiple delivery formats including instructor-led, virtual classroom and web-based training Leverage adult learning model (i.e., ADDIE) in the execution of training, design, development, and Implementation activities Help drive a collaborative, learning culture that engages participants, creates accountability, and drives behavior change Build, facilitate, and coach new employees during the full onboarding process Administer, track, and report training metrics for new and existing employees Interpret data from the training metrics and make changes/adjustments to the training program to continuously improve the training experience Develop project plans and manage projects within schedule Manage assigned work against defined project timelines and report progress periodically to Supply Chain Global Training Manager or other stakeholders Continuously learn new tools, solutions, techniques, strategies, industry trends to maintain
