Human Resources Manager - $100-115K + Bonus – Consumer Durables Mfg (300 employee, non union facility) – Responsible for developing the HR department staff along with other industrial department managers; Employee Relations; Counseling employees and supervisors to resolve problems; Recruiting, interviewing and selecting new hires; Directing the performance management program for salaried employees; Assessing and providing employee training and development; Ensuring legal compliance for EPA, OSHA, record and training requirements; Workers compensation case management; Ensuring compliance with federal and state law and EEOC/AA; Preparing the annual HR department budget; Participating in the Value Stream Management Team. BS required, MS/MBA desired – 5-8 years of HR experience in an manufacturing environment; EPA, OSHA, EEOC, Affirmative Action; Union-Avoidance, performance management, training and development, workers compensation; Experience setting strategic direction for the HR function and providing team leadership to accomplish functional objectives. Must have strong communications skills.
