Physical Therapist - PRN

As a therapist, the Lead Clinician is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred to the facility. This includes patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning. The Lead Clinician functions as an effective team member and contributes to the development and achievement of department and organizational goals and objectives. In addition, the Lead Clinician functions as an extension of the Manager/Director providing leadership for day-to-day operations of the facility as outlined in the job description.
