Summary Responsible for administering policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the duties personally or through subordinate team members. Functional areas include: Paycor HR administration, compensation, employment and recruiting, benefits, retirement and employee relations. Essential Duties Actively support the company’s culture and business mission by always putting the organization’s people and its customers first.' Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees. Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel; manages applicant tracking process; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and places advertisements. Organizes new hire packets. Handles employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Expected to be to work all scheduled work days, during scheduled hours and report to work on time. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Experience/Requirements Minimum three (3) years’ of Generalist experience. Current and valid drivers’ license and car insurance, and reliable transportation. Proficient in MS Office suite.
