RN - Registered Nurse

Develops, implements and evaluates an individual plan of care for each patient, working with the interdisciplinary team and patient to set appropriate goals. Provides direct patient care appropriate to their needs and skill level and delegates as appropriate to LPNs and Rehab Nurse Technicians (RNTs). Implements physician orders, conducting or delegating tasks to include medication administration, nutrition care, hygiene care, respiratory care, wound care, bowel and bladder management. Assesses and reassesses the patient’s condition and progress towards goals. Documents care, changes, completion of nursing interventions, results of assessments, and patient’s response to care and services received. Collaborates with others to coordinate care and resolve concerns. Promotes and maintains an inclusive work environment. Demonstrates commitment to providing superior customer experiences to staff, physicians, customers and referral sources with a service-oriented attitude with professionalism. Readily adapts to new or challenging circumstances. Required Education/Licenses/Experience: Missouri RN license in accordance with Missouri state law and regulations. BLS (Basic Life Support) CPR Certification. Certified Registered Rehabilitated Nurse ((CRRN) certification is preferred. One year of experience in inpatient hospital setting is preferred. Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred. Openings at the St. Peters and Central West End locations. Note: The duties listed above are not all inclusive.
