 Title                       : PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant Location               :Home Office, New Albany, OH Job Duration:      : 6+Months  On-site resource with VAT experience in PeopleSoft Finance required.    Position Summary   The Financial (FIN) techno-functional consultant will be responsible for gathering the requirements for enabling VAT for a country. The individual will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing and debugging VAT functionality within PeopleSoft. The individual will also be responsible for debugging and fixing some countries where VAT is already enabled but not working correctly.     Responsibilities Work with Business Users to determine requirements, scope, and effort estimates. Analyze, document, and evaluate alternative solutions. Translate business processes into PeopleSoft Solution. Configuring the VAT module. Write and/or update system documentation. Qualifications Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial suite of products in accordance with the TAX (VAT) calculations, e.g. P2P, Treasury, AR/BI and GL. Must have prior experience of configuring the VAT module in PeopleSoft multi-currency environment. Good working experience with People Tools and queries. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Cash Management and Work centers will be a plus. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
