Job Description/Qualifications: - Plan, devise and oversee the construction of different structures and facilities such as buildings, bridges, roadways and railways, retaining walls,, etc. - Must be licensed, able and willing to stamp in CA. - Extensive AutoCAD experience. - Experience with writing proposals and estimating the time it will take to begin the job, how long the job will take and the cost of the job. - Able to oversee the work of others and provide redlines and direction. - Oversee a project from inception to ending while interacting directly with clients, city and county agencies, etc.
