What you’ll be doing: • Accountancy • Business Formation • Individual and Business Tax Preparation • Assisting clients with IRS issues including Offers-In-Compromise • Establishing business accounting and regulation consulting for the California Cannabis Industry The skills and qualifications you’ll need to succeed: • A passion for GAAP financials and business consulting • 5+ years of accounting experience as a California Licensed CPA • Extreme organization and strong decision-making skills • Ability to work unsupervised 20+ hours/week Our team members are: • Responsive Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm via email, telephone and text • Able to give an answer at any time to service the financial well-being of clients • Self-starters: They find the answer. They know when and how to get help when needed • Able to work autonomously; you will report to the office manager or CEO but we Do Not micromanage • Committed to getting work done on time • Quick learners as it relates to new software • Friendly, helpful, and trustworthy It’s a bonus if you: • Are a California licensed CPA • A Notary Public • Are bi-lingual • Value flexibility and have a strong desire to work independently and remotely Why Work at Resource Management Corporation?
