Provides direct home-based treatment focused on an established plan of care Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations Requires effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers Maintains client records and completes SOAP notes in an accurate and timely manner CF or CCC-SLP Master's degree required Vantage Speech & Language, LLC is a licensed speech-language therapy company located in Summerville, South Carolina.
