Director - Clinical Quality

This position will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, major system departments and leadership to create efficient, reliable and cost effective processes which support the provision of patient care. Performs analytical and project management to support the regulatory/accreditation and patient safety processes to assess measure and report ongoing compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based safety practices with the nation's largest health systems! Top "Must Haves": 1. Bachelor's Degree in related discipline; Master's degree preferred 2. Registered Nurse in the state of Texas 3. CPHQ certification, AND Six Sigma and/or Change Management certification/training 4. Experience in an acute hospital setting required with a minimum of 5 years management experience overseeing quality management services
