Vistex Consultant with SAP SD

Extensive knowledge in Vistex with several full implementation experience with 8+ years of Vistex experience and with SAP SD knowledge, especially in contracts and pricing. Here is functional knowledge we are looking for: Revenue Management Contract Management Pricing contracts (Direct and indirect with tiered pricing) FSS contracts and tracking customer Direct sales integration with commercial contracts Review and change the existing pricing procedures for sales, credits, and returns etc. Enable sales order pricing using direct agreements Cross reference management End customer, products, unit of measure, agreements Sales Tracing and Claim Management Process claims based on EDI 844 and 867 and manual excel upload Chargebacks claims with standard validations Rebates GPO admin fees Volume rebates volume (one program) Tiered growth rebates - period over period (one program) Distributor add/service fees Accrual and Settlement Process Standard FI integrations would be used to post accruals for chargebacks and rebates on a daily basis Standard SD/FI integration would be used for settlements/payments for chargebacks and rebates Memberships management GPO roster management IDN membership management Independent and other memberships Direct sales distributor level contract memberships Approval Process Vistex standard status flow for contract approvals and rebate payment approvals and any manual accruals Commissions: Implement and manage existing plans incentive plans Product specialist plan General sales rep plans Roll up by region (regional director/sales manager) Plan types:Growth based on YOY sales Variable target based on plan Variable payout MBO's (subjective) – MBO based on a rating from manager Territory Management:Territory assigned by zip code, sales reps aligned by product group Sales Crediting assigned to territory and territory assign to reps % splits Sales Crediting by zip code / customers Standard approval process & reporting capabilities Reporting & Analytics scope Contracts Contract compliance reporting Contract Price Analytics Show different prices per contract; customer and NDC Show sales $ and volume per different price points Bid Management: Contract Gross to Net and price waterfall Bid analytics and win/loss integration Commissions: Commission payout by Plan type and territory Trend analysis and YOY comparison Chargeback Reports: Total Chargebacks claimed by Contract, Customer and NDC Chargebacks Open vs Closed and Trends Chargeback Variance report: Claimed vs Approved Indirect Sales Reports: Total Volume claimed by Contract Customer (IDN Vs GPO, etc.) Indirect Volume Trend and Growth report. Accrual and G/L Balance Report: Rebate Accruals vs Settlement, open balances by Customer, Agreement and G/L Account Profitability Reporting: Customer and Material profitability waterfall reporting
