Software Development Test Automation Engineer

Software Development Test Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience. Essential Job Functions Responsibilities include development in various testing frameworks to automate the functional verification of API services and Portal UI. Typical assignments include hands-on development of SOAPUI test suites with complex business logic and manual testing where automation is not possible. The candidate should be proficient in several programing languages and database technologies. Specific Requirements (Technical Knowledge, Software, Etc.) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in Waterfall and Agile methodologies Ability to troubleshoot complex test scenarios and implement solutions Extensive hands-on knowledge implementing SOAPUI and Selenium tests Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, GIT, SVN, Puppet and Terraform Understanding of various database architectures (SQL / Oracle, Mongo, etc.) Additional Skills (would like to have but not required) Java, Groovy, Python, Go (golang), etc.) Education BS or MS in EE/CS
